We guarantee our plants and trees to arrive to your home free of pests, diseases and either balled and burlaped /containered with dirt, not dry rooted. At Heaps Landscaping whether we deliver or install your vegetation, all supplies are guaranteed for a period of six months.
What we cover
- Incorrect or damaged nursery stock up This must be reported on delivery
- Trees and shrubs for the period of 6 months
What we do not cover
- Failure of the consumer to plant trees in a timely manner
- Planting trees or shrubs outside of the recommended site zone
- Failure to properly water and care for your nursery order
- Damage or loss from extreme weather conditions
If your claim is approved: A one-time replacement tree or credit for use in a future purchase. If a credit is issued, it must be redeemed by the following season.
